ADMINISTRATION AND RELATIONSHIPS COMMITTEE MEETING

Springhill Suites Jacksonville Airport will accommodate our hotel and meeting needs. The hotel is located at 13550 Airport Court, Jacksonville, Florida 32218; view the hotel at marriot.com. For airport pick‐up, call the hotel shuttle: 904.741.8002. Hotel check‐in is 3:00 pm and check‐out is 12:00 Noon. When checking in, please tell the front desk clerk that you are with the Synod of South Atlantic. You will need to give a credit card number for incidentals, but you will not be charged for the room. If you have an emergency and must cancel, please call the hotel directly at 904.741.8002, then call or text Lisa Lovelady at 904.515.9070 to confirm your change.

Participants are asked to drive if they are within 300 miles, one‐way of the meeting location, however if there is a need to fly please contact me. Flight reservations should be made now to ensure best airfare, so please contact me to book your flight as soon as possible. Airport arrivals should be the evening before. Departures should allow 2 hours for travel to the airport and time through security. After you have booked your travel with me, please be sure to list your flight information on this form.
