The EAC will meet March 16, 2018, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, in Jacksonville, Florida at the Synod offices.

  • Our EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMISSION meeting is Friday, March 16th, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you are booking a flight, please see the travel policy information below.   • Please park in numbered spaces that ARE NOT RESERVED, ALL VISITOR SPACES and the Synod spaces, #21, #23, or #25.

    Participants are asked to drive if they are within 300 miles, one-way of the meeting location. Airline reservations of $325 or less may be booked at any time. If over $325, please contact Lisa Lovelady to schedule a flight. Reservations should be made now to ensure best airfare, so please book your flight as soon as possible, and/or contact me. Please be sure to list your flight information on this form.

  • Springhill Suites will accommodate our hotel needs. THE SYNOD ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE ALL RESERVATIONS PER THE CONTRACT. The hotel is located at 13550 Airport Court, Jacksonville, Florida 32218. The hotel shuttle has airport pick-up and return; please call the main number for a shuttle: 904.741.8002. You will need to give a credit card number for incidentals, but you will not be charged for the room.
