Stated Meeting Registration

Please RSVP if you plan to attend the Stated Meeting on October 10–11, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia. Be sure to fully review the SYNOD TRAVEL POLICY and GROUND TRANSPORTATION sheet prior to completing your online registration. Contact our office if you have questions or concerns.
  • Event Registration Details

    Please check all that apply. All selections must be made at time of registration to ensure efficient planning for the upcoming meeting. Thank you for taking your time in completing this registration form.
  • *Half rate of $43.00 (includes tax) per night will be deducted from your travel reimbursement form for single room requests, unless a medical condition is noted. If you have an emergency and need to cancel your room, call the hotel directly and notify Yolanda immediately.
  • Airline reservations MUST be made at least 14 days before the meeting to be reimbursed by Synod to ensure best airfare. Flight arrival to Atlanta-Hartsfield International Airport no later than 9:30am on Thursday. Flight departure no earlier than 3:30pm on Friday. See Ground Transportation information sheet for what you need to know when you arrive in Atlanta, including MARTA (train) insturctions. NOTE: A Chartered Bus is arranged for all meeting transportation. A free hotel shuttle available for all MARTA arrivals and departures. All attendees SHALL gather in Hampton Inn & Suites.
  • We have the following Group Meals planned: Thursday Lunch, Thursday Dinner and Friday Lunch. Please note any dietary restrictions so that we can make necessary adjustments.
