2018 COR MEETING REGISTRATION
We look forward to your participation and presence for our meeting on Thursday, JANUARY 18, 2018, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you are booking a flight, please see the travel policy information below, and contact me as soon as possible so I may search for flights. After I receive your registration, I will book all hotel accommodations through our hotel contract. Please feel free to contact me if you have any needs. Springhill Suites Jacksonville Airport will accommodate our hotel and meeting needs. The hotel is located at 13550 Airport Court, Jacksonville, Florida 32218; view the hotel at marriot.com. For airport pick-up, call the hotel shuttle: 904.741.8002. Hotel check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 Noon. When checking in, please tell the front desk clerk that you are with the Synod of South Atlantic. You will need to give a credit card number for incidentals, but you will not be charged for the room. If you have an emergency and must cancel, please call the hotel directly at 904.741.8002, then call or text Lisa Lovelady at 904.515.9070 to confirm your change. ALL ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR USING THE SYNOD’S HOTEL CONTRACT. All rooms are single occupancy.
Participants are asked to drive if they are within 300 miles, one-way of the meeting location. Airline reservations of $325 or less may be booked at any time. If over $325, please contact Lisa Lovelady to schedule a flight. Reservations should be made now to ensure best airfare. Plan to arrive on Wednesday.
